Two strangers --- Mr. Success, a jobless man, and Lady Lazy, a posh lady --- walked through a park simultaneously and found themselves in another time and space with no way out. They saw a peculiar old woman selling lottery tickets and approached her to asked directions. But the old woman ignored their questions and encouraged them to buy lottery tickets to fulfill their dreams. They were tempted to try their luck and bought lottery tickets nonstop.

eople usually say, “There is a crook in the lot of everyone.” Whenever we are faced with difficulties, we complain, blame others, and inevitably forgive ourselves. We spend way too much time on criticizing others without introspecting ourselves first. Sometimes if you can just change your perspectives, you will know the crux of your problem. Aren't you the one to blame? Can you seize every opportunity when it emerges?
監督の経歴
HSIEH Ming Hsiu is a director, cinematographer and editor of many independent films.
